About animasai.co

animasai.co is a free site of practical guides to AI for small business, written for owners who've already tried ChatGPT or Claude and want to hand off real busywork. One job per page, done end to end.

What animasai.co does

Each guide takes one chore and shows it handed off to an AI agent, from start to finish. Every guide answers the same questions in the same order: what it looks like done, the steps, what stays with you, what happens when it gets something wrong, roughly what it costs, and when it isn't worth it.

Hand off your inbox

A to-do list every morning and the routine replies drafted. You send them.

Follow up with vendors and leads

The threads you're waiting on, oldest first, with a nudge drafted for each.

Quotes and paperwork from your templates

Your template filled in from your price list, with a note on anything it couldn't price.

Clean up a messy spreadsheet

A cleaned copy and a list of every change. The original stays as it was.

"My OpenClaw keeps breaking"

The usual causes, the commands that find yours, and how to keep it up.

What makes it different

One job per page, not tool lists

There are plenty of lists of AI tools. These pages pick one job and show it working, with the steps and the controls.

It says when not to bother

Every guide ends its advice with when an agent isn't worth it: when your mail app's filters, a spreadsheet's built-in tools or a $20 ChatGPT or Claude subscription will do.

It says what stays with you

Money, sending and anything hard to undo stay with the owner in every guide, and each one says where that rule lives: in the agent's approval settings or in the account's permissions.

Estimates are labelled, examples are made up

Costs and times are rough estimates and say so, with the reasoning. Sample lists and quotes use made-up names and are marked as examples. No client stories appear here unless they're real and the client agreed.

No ads or affiliate links

The only offer on the site is Tyler's own: each guide ends with his offer to set the job up, with his prices.

Who it's for

  • Owners and solo operators of businesses with roughly 1 to 20 people who use ChatGPT or Claude and want it to do real work.
  • People who tried a self-hosted agent such as OpenClaw or Hermes and watched it break.
  • The technical friend an owner asks to check the plan.

It isn't for large companies, or for anyone shopping for a chatbot, a voice receptionist or an "AI employee".

Who writes it

Tyler Mayberry

Tyler Mayberry is an AI systems builder. He runs Cirlet, a one-person business that sets up AI agents on computers people already own and keeps them running. Its agency service is for independent insurance agencies nationwide. For anyone else, he sets up the agent you use or want (OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code, Codex and others) on a Mac mini, a Windows PC or Omarchy: see any agent, any computer. He built ibara, free, open-source software that gives AI agents computers of their own, and runs his own agents on five computers.

Cirlet was called Animas until September 2026, and animasai.co was its address. The old Animas pages now redirect to cirlet.com, and this address carries the free guides.

How the guides are made

  • Facts about an agent come from its own documentation, with the date it was checked.
  • Each guide shows when it was published and last updated.
  • Found a mistake? Email tyler@cirlet.com with the page and what's wrong.

Frequently asked questions

Is animasai.co free?

Yes. Every guide is free to read, with no sign-up, ads or affiliate links. Each guide ends with Tyler's offer to set the job up for you, which is optional.

Who is behind animasai.co?

Tyler Mayberry, an AI systems builder, who runs Cirlet and built ibara. He writes the guides himself.

What happened to Animas?

Animas is Cirlet's former name. The old Animas pages redirect to their new homes on cirlet.com, and animasai.co now carries these free guides.

Do I need to hire anyone to use the guides?

No. Every guide has a "Doing it yourself" section with the steps. The offer at the end is for people who'd rather not set it up or keep it running themselves.

Do I need a Mac mini?

Often not. A computer you already have, set never to sleep, can work. The guides say what each job needs, and selfhostedaiagent.com helps you pick a computer.
